Nishit Kumar , the Founding Director of Kumar Waterproofing Pvt Ltd is a Civil Engineering Graduate. A very hard working kind heart gentle man- was very keen since his early childhood to set up an organization to help the poor workers have a better life.
In early 80's- in his school days in Kolkata - he was privileged to learn the art of Entrepreneurship under the able guidance of Late Sri. S.P.Roy who loved him like his own son.
The elder of the 2 brothers , he always puts his foot forward at the time of need. He is very respected in friends, family & colleagues of the civil industry and is often refereed to as DADA.

Vinit Kumar works as Director (projects) in the organization Kumar Waterproofing Pvt Ltd since its incorporation in 1994.
The younger brother of Nishit Kumar is a graduate Mechanical Engineer and has done Export Management course from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
With his straight forward approach towards work and his engineering zeal, he always works to develop new Materials and Techniques to Always be - "one step ahead of competition".
Mrs. Shakuntla Prasad
Mrs. Shakuntla Prasad is the Financial head of the company. She is also the director of the group company M/s. Kumar Waterproofing Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Her advice is keenly heard and worked upon by the 2 directors. She is a never go wrong person and is loved, respected and admired by ALL.
